Office of District Attorney for Clinton County

The District Attorney is the chief law enforcement officer in each county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The District Attorney is an elected official, considered a county row officer, and serves a four-year term.

The Office of District Attorney prosecutes all misdemeanor and felony cases before the Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County. The Office of District Attorney provides assistance to municipal and state police officials in the investigation of criminal conduct.

The District Attorney’s office work frequently with other county agencies such as Adult and Juvenile Probation, Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities, Children and Youth, Office of Aging, Clinton County Correctional Facility, and various state agencies in the effort to provide the best criminal justice service possible for the residents of Clinton County.
