Clinton County Right to Know Law Information For all County Departments other than Judicial Agencies

It is the policy of Clinton County Government to provide access to any public record, legislative record or financial record unless otherwise provided by law, to make records accessible for inspection and duplication in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right to know Law, effective January 1, 2009, and to fulfill requests for records according to procedures within the Act.
