About the Law Library

The Law Library is located on the second floor of the Clinton County Courthouse. There is plenty of room to fill out court forms, conduct legal research, and prepare documents for filing at the Prothonotary's Office. We also have a public access computer for legal research, looking up general information, and accessing the County website.

Court forms can be found on our County website or in the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts offices on the first floor of the Clinton County Courthouse.

Be sure to complete any form in its entirety.

EACH QUESTION MUST BE ANSWERED. AN INCOMPLETE AFFIDAVIT MAY RESULT IN A DENIAL.
