Pennsylvania voters have options on how to return their mail ballot: by mail, at our drop box, at the county election board office. Under Pennsylvania law, voters must return their own ballots. The only exception to this are voters with a disability who have designated someone in writing to deliver the ballot. See the link above labeled Third Party Ballot Delivery for Mail Voting.

Ballots must be received by the county board of elections before 8 pm on Election Day.

The Drop Box for Clinton County, Pennsylvania is located at the Piper Building, 2 Piper Way, Lock Haven, PA.

The Drop Box is monitored by a camera 24/7 and it is open until 8 pm on Election Day.

The County Board of Elections and the offices of the Voter Registration and Elections Office is located at 2 Piper Way, Lock Haven, PA.
