Mission Statement - Through a trauma-informed lens, we strive to prevent child abuse and neglect. Our mission is to promote the well-being of children, youth, and their families by providing quality, family-focused and strength-based services to ensure family preservation and allow children to remain safely in their home of origin. 

Vision Statement - All children are nurtured in a safe home and community.

Anyone concerned about the safety, welfare or well-being of a child in Clinton County may call the agency at 570-893-4100 during business hours.

Emergency calls (outside of business hours) may be made to the Communication Center at 570-748-2936.

Calls may be made at any time to the Pennsylvania Child Abuse Hotline, ChildLine at 1-800-932-0313.
