Outreach program, classroomWhat is the Outreach Program? The goal of the School-Based Outreach Worker is to provide preventative and supportive services to students and their families within the Keystone Central School District. The Outreach program is designed to provide short term intervention to students and their families to alleviate barriers that are affecting the student’s academic and overall potential.

Who can refer a student to the Outreach Program? KCSD school staff, students and parents can make referrals to the program. School staff wanting to refer a student should contact the school’s guidance counselor. How are referrals made to the Outreach Program? Each school has a designated contact person to manage Outreach referrals and monitor progress. Parent permission must be obtained in writing before Outreach services can begin.
